Cancellation

A 2 week cancellation notice is required for all pre-scheduled programmed tutoring.

Notice

Must give at least 24 hour notice for session cancellation. Rescheduling options may be available. Failure to give sufficient notice will result in a session fee.

Payment

Payment is due at the beginning of each month for the upcoming month with limited flexibility for rescheduling. Payments made after the 10th of each month will automatically be charged a late fee of $25.

Billing

Invoices will be sent at the beginning of each month. All invoices are due by the 5th of the month and considered late after the 10th.

**An automatic late fee of $25 will be applied to the invoice if not paid by the 10th.**
